    OMG, I thought that i was the only one this had ever happened to!

    About 15 years ago we "lost" one.. I swear i searched with both hands and a flashlight - we could not find it and finally gave up assuming it was lost in the sheets or the dog ate it or something.. about a WEEK later it had worked itself out and was neatly deposited in her underwear...
