How do you get a highlighted thread?

    I am seeing people with highlighted threads in the forums and I cannot for the life of me find out how they are doing this.

    Yeh I just saw that, was about to purchase one of his products and then saw he was banned... any idea why? It's starting to get funny how many threads I see with people selling services/products that are banned out of nowhere lol.
