How do you fix this?

There is this: http://www.shoutandshare.com/shout/linux/centos/fix-roundcube-and-horde-after-kloxo-upgrade-6-1-6 to try and fix a kloxo problem. My issue is, being a beginner with no knowledge of ssh, how do I run this? When I just copy and paste it is says
-bash /home/kloxo/httpd/webmail/horde/config/conf.php permission denied

So how am I supposed to do this?
