you could be running out of memory. If you don't own/manage the server, you have to talk to someone who does.
Probably you have change the htaccess file or you have rename it , otherwise contact with your hoster ,maybe he change something and he did not send an information email.
Most of time when Internal Server Error occured was due to file or folder permission has been set wrongly. Try to check on the folder or file for the correct permission, if your server is running on suPHP, then please make sure there is no permission on folders or executable file set to be 777. Just correct the permission you should get the site back to normal. Second possibility was due to improper installation of script or site apache handler been configured wrongly, if this is the case, just refer to your host provider and i am sure they can fix it up for you very quickly.
The ownership on the file could also be incorrect... there are a vast number of reasons behind internal server errors. It's best to check your error logs for the specific problem.
Exactly what I was going to reply with! Check your error logs, usually a good indication of what's wrong. Or submit a support request, I'm sure your host can help you out too.
yep I've change something to it and its now back when a friend told me to put some files back really new to this so it gone thanks for your tips.
