It takes a bit to load, but because it's flash that is expected. I don't think you should have your products scroll down, just have them on a single page. You should make a site blog, will help your SEO and etc. Besides that everything else is good.
Try to make it load faster. You can add support for english or other languages, unless you're only focusing to French public. I recommend you to use longtail video player for your video gallery section. Actual video player gets a lot to load a video.
As it was said before it's a little bit long to load. It's better for the seo to add more text in the "page d'accueil"
