How do you find link trades? [need fresh ideas]

Other than the link exchange section in this forum and of course searching for them 1 by 1 in google, what other methods you use to get in touch with fellow webmasters from the same niche and swap some links?

 

There are other forums like DP out there with similar areas. Warrior Forum, V7N, HTML forums etc etc.

If you simply Google search for something along the lines of SEO forum, you should get something along the lines of 400+ usable forums to look for exchanges.

This is only a small part of your SEO process though right?

The fastest way to get link exchange is hiring people to find the link or go to those webmaster forum to get it
Of course, you can visit your competitor website and require for the link exchange but the chance to get link exchange is low
