    Hi everyone...

I thought about something . What's the best way to check if a subject is worth to concetrate on (spelled right?) .

I think it's one of the most important things to do before opening a website and focusing on Adwords...

How to check how much people are willing to pay for a keyword, how to check how much competitions there is...

Comeon! Show us what you've got ! :)

    Best wishes!
    Guy.

    Here's my fave tool http://www.pixelfast.com/overture/

Half shows Overture bid price, the other half shows the number of searches.

Not sure who owns/run this site, however much kudos to them!

Has anyone had luck with these? I see a lot of "content" oriented sites that seem to be keyword chasing. Bad for the reader.

What I like about AdSense is that it finds the best keywords for you based on your content, already. I write content, I keep each page to a minimum (using multiple pages), and it seems to really make a difference.

Yes. it shows you the best keyword for your content, but lets say that the best it can show is keyowrds that people bid on 1$. I want to find those keywords that has bidding of 5-6-7$....

    Same work. More income...

I Guess it depends on your goal. I'm sure no one here creates "Made for Adsense" sites ;) , so it does not really matter what payout the keyword is.

However, if you are creating a site with Adsense in mind, it is always useful to check how much people are bidding for words in your niche. If they're only paying .20c a click, your share will not add up to much.

Hey mate. Thanks for answering ...

I know google are not telling how much % do you get per click. There is any estimatation for that? somewhere around 20%-30%? more ? Less?

    No worries dude :)

That's the secret sauce that Google do not share.... I've heard 50%, personally I think it is around 20%

It's based on Overture and their searches, so it is accurate for them. Google do not release this info, so as a guide I multiply the searches by a conservative x7. Some people suggest Google has as much as x12 for searches.

Yes, check the box. It says which month the searches were made. Currently it is showing the search count for November. It's a decent enough guide, however not the greatest for the most up to date trends.
