Life is good if you're strong,I just remind myself that I have won every battle in life and will continue to do so.But if you lack this kind of resolve then just do this:You are stressed....what is stress? It's a fear response,you then have elevated levels of adrenaline in your bloodstream.You probably therefore will not sleep well the 1st night of the stressful event.Tell yourself that in your life you had stress in the past but it all worked itself out right? First night 100% stress,day two you will feel 75% as stressed,day three 50%,day four 25% and so on.Just hang in there,put in the time and you will be able to see it through,......one day at a time. What you don't do is to turn to artificial courage.(alcohol,drugs).Because that is not dealing with,that is running from.
A few moments of keeping yourself out of this world take a few minutes in loneliness keep your mind out of every tension feel free.
Meditation will help in stress relieving. I am doing meditation from 5 months and satisfied with the results.
Enough Sleep, eating healthy and nutritious food can help relieve stress and anxiety. Do not over think so your mind can relax
Hi, As you say that a lot of people are suffering from stress and anxiety.The main thing is that today's life is so fast according to the past why??? because change in the price rice is the main cause that's why every body want's a lot of money to spend there life tens free but as you know population and unemployment is grooming fast on this world so every people want to run fast against the other that's the reason of stress and anxiety.And i think no one can change it.
As being a muslim myself I tend to have a bath and make prayer. Go for a walk or perhaps play with childrens. Yes.
I'm fortunate that I naturally deal with stress well, but I do get anxiety over many different things, and it's just part of who I am. I fight the anxiety by retreating from whatever situation I'm experiencing anxiety about, doing my homework and coming back better prepared. Other things that help: escaping into a good book, exercise (running or working out), deep breathing, and reminding myself of my strengths. We're not meant to do everything!
I don't have stress or anger.. it's weird but I don't.. I had it when I was a child.. but now I don't have it anymore.. kinda stressfree
