listen to music, be artistic, clean the apt or house, write out your feelings, meditation, therapy, relaxation etc... just some ideas
I just relax myself and try to unwind for a while. I meditate. I take just a few moments for myself alone. I sometimes go to the park, date myself for a little while, go walking, and sleep (which I am lacking these days. LOL ) It is very important for me to do this as it brings me to myself once more prioritizing the things that should matter.
I go hiking, scuba, or traveling. When you are stress you are trapped in a 'mind cell'. Your vision and thoughts get trapped in that tiny cell which makes you think that the world is as big as whatever is that cell of yours. The way to break it is to break your daily routine. Throw yourself at something unfamiliar. Go do something meaningful, preferably something you don't normally do. Then VOILA~ all of a sudden you realize you see the rest of the world. Keep smiling.
Try thinking about what's making you so stressed and then think of how you can deal with it. Doesn't really matter if it's something small, since it's still an attempt.
I just stop my work for few minutes and goes continue. I can also updated and modified my activities for same work why i m facing the stress and anxiety.
i think in small age anyone did not get stress when they went to job or get married then only peoples are faced lots of stress so some people get suicide also and some people get alcohol habit. i think everyman have stress in his life time. i think comparison is basic for stress so we didn't compare with anyone. live happy ...
Relax and unwind. Do something you love. i.e. read a book, watch a movie, eat good food, a nice warm bath
