Try to isolate youself from everyone either by driving on the road. Parking your car and sitting in it. Go to the park - walk alone. Get your mind off things. I hope this helps
I meditate! I do that everyday to relax my mind. I believe in yin yang. Body and mind should be well harmonized, and that harmony can be achieved through meditation.
Absolutely agree with this! My master of Meditation told me, 95% of us are not taking breath as it is...Most of us took it with reverse way... When you get Breath your stomach need to be come out but its really revert in some of us.... Try it and get Real Breath...to prove " MentalHead" Lines....
@Buddy Yes everybody feel stress and anxiety. it is quite normal. But there are ways to deal with it. I think yoga or meditation helps. It is simple and yet it calms your mind.
if you believe me or not im living an absolutely stress-free life, how? im a handsome self-supporting, young male who does not depend on anybody, i love my family however i'm living by my own since i finished high school, im goin home whenever i want of course, i love my friends, i don't have enemies, luckily i don't have a 9-5 job, im earning enough with IM and im spending all of it like no tomorrow im enjoying life, i don't give a sh1t about politics, i don't watch TV, i don't read newspapers, i don't pay taxes i do what i want and whenever i want (laying in bed all day long, partying till my nose start to bleed), that's what used to call freedom i think ok, sometimes i drink and i do love pretty party girls
