I just registered a domain and, its been 10 days since the domain has been registered (as of Sep 18th) and the domain has a PR2 and yet, the site is not in the Google index?

    Why is this?

    Any help appreciated :D

I'm not meaning to be rude or anything, but how is it that you think your domain has a PR of 2 after just ten days?

Was it a new domain ... these days you can see many pages in google which are not indexed but show PR.

Adviseable to double check robots.txt file in root directory too. SE spiders unable to crawl your site if you add some command in robots.txt

Sorry for not posting it earlier, the domain is www.thecontestpage.com (Although now it 301 redirects to a new location since Google was not caching it, I assumed it was probably a domain that might have had Google issues in the past). I am not sure if this domain was registered before I registered it... :D

Yes, but as I asked earlier, why do you think it has a PR of 2 after just ten days? Is your toolbar telling you that? I've never heard of anything like that before....
