    Well, probably the easiest way would be to add the same bank account to both and deposit with AlertPay / withdraw with PayPal, but there are a few reliable e-currency exchange sites. Just Google "alertpay to paypal exchange" to find one. Note that PayPal does not like e-currency exchangers, and may flag your account if they notice you using one.
