How do You Evaluate a Website's Selling Value?

    Definitely invest more time and work into it. You've done the hardest part already, getting the thing started and creating the valuable resources. If you just keep the site updated and fresh it will naturally build and build over the next six months and likely increase your potential profit in multiples from what you'd get right now.

    Hell, in six more months you may be making enough money that you don't want to sell it. There's always that option.

    I'd also recommend looking into a way to sell WoW guides on your site without clickbank. Setup your own deal with the creators or use a different kind of service that offers service in your country. Or even better, you could write your own guides that teach people the same things and take all the profit.

    I usually use x 10 to decide using the monthly average, maybe 12 is a new trend? I hope so :) haha
