How Do You Effectively Use Social Bookmarking?

    I am new to this stuff and I was wondering how you guys effectively use social bookmarking. Do you guys use it for backlinks, traffic, or even both? How do you guys go about social bookmarking. I'm not even sure I know what that means.

    I use it for both backlinks and traffic.The best way to bookmark is placing a right title with your targeted keyword and use appropriate tag during bookmaking on social bookmarking sites.
