How do you document and plan a website?

    Hello,

    I want to improve on documenting and planning my websites better. Things like planning tasks and documenting everything.

    Anyone got help with me being very unorganized.

    I usually just open up a net notepad document and type up name ideas, layout of the site and forums if there are any, color ideas, etc.

    How about To-Do list like:

    *The resources you will use to create your Website
    *Your desired start date and update frequency
    *Name and URL (Web address) of your hosting service
