How do you do mass emailing to people who agreed to receive emails. I am talking about hundreds and thousands of emails per day.
What kind of software you use etc...
Since some ISP have restrictions per hour.

    Thank you,

We use a program called Groupmail. It's $99, but can manage multiple email lists (we send out about 5000 emails a day). It comes with an inbuilt e-mail server, which is good as our smtp hosts and our ISP don't complain :D

I have an account at godaddy.com - I send a newsletter every week, but I am only able to send 250 emails per day, I need to send alot more emails. Can I create a new email address with my domainname and send emails from that address from another host that aloud me to send more emails?

Well a good friend of mine is a dirty low down spammer but he makes like $50k /mo. He has servers in China and uses Phplist. You'd be surprised who is clients are, some are even fortune 500 companies. He probably sends out 50,000 emails a day.

    I'm not kidding.

All you really need is a double-opt in list and a dedicated box. I would not use shard hosting if you want to send hundreds of thousands of emails per day. I would also throttle how many emails you send to AOL at once.

Just a question of understanding. Why do you need a double-opt in list? This is only for legal reasons, right?

You want double opt-in to prevent getting blacklisted. Though confirmed opt-in is usually acceptable it's better to have double opt-in.

Confirmed Opt-in: Sends you a "Thanks you for subscribing to our newsletter" email.
Double Opt-in: Requires you to click a link to be added to the mail list.

If you go to best-webhosting-advice.com you will find a list of hosting companies. Find out their limitation for shared hosting, but definately dedicated hosting is preferred.

Once you have a host, use PHPList. It's probably the best maillist app out there, in my opinion. I have a number of lists that I manage, some with as many as 70,000 users. It uses Double Opt-In.

I pay for a web based program called Constant Contacts. They seem to work well and are decently priced.

Constant contact is too expensive, $25/month...
I do have a mailing but I have to add email one by one:(
Is there a good free software that I can include a list of email out there?

You could add the email addresses to a MySQL database, then run a PHP script to message 100 ~ 500 addresses a time (to save on server CPU activity) OR you could make a cron job.
