Someone told me that create plenty of websites & then link it to one another but that would need money for domain & Hosting. Can't I do it in any free way like If I Create Micro blogging sites like on blog.com , blogger,word press, typepad then link to one another. Will it work & give a potential to my campaign. If you know exactly how to do Link Wheel Campaign then Please let me know, Please HELP.
