How do you do it?

    I have some sites that make over $100 a month in advertising and some that are very busy that make nothing.
    I have moved ads everywhere with no luck.
    I have yet to find out the secret.

    I don't do any fake clicking.
    Any really good tutorials on this subject?

    1) Do not move ads everywhere get idea from analytics report that which page surf how many times, Which pages are mostly exit pages list out all those pages
    2) Then do not give first priority to move visitor on our site try to place ads at place which are visitors mostly clicked and i hope you will win.

    Placing ads everywhere will irritate the visitors, don't go for that. Try to place ads in such a good manner.

    Placing ads above the fold, I mean, the section of the web page that is visible without scrolling, will serve better.
