How do you do frames

    Ok what I want to do is put my one web hosting site on my other web hosting site but with a left and right sidebar for my other links is it possible and if so how

    yeah I read that also, so If I can get my template coded won't have to use a frame at all this way I can just do what I want to do without messing up anything
