How do you do a poll?

I need help creating a poll.

 

Create a new thread and in the bottom around the submit button there's an option to make the thread into a poll, click it and it'll take you to another page where you create your poll.

 

It just posted the thread.
Oh well.

 

Unless you click the post a poll button (like the one that Jerlene highlight) it won't work.
