How do you do a big deal ?

How do your guys transfer large amount of money ?
I think most of you choose wire transfer. Do any topic or forum talking about this ?
When you selling a site/domain more than $3000+
Do you receive all payment that give them your site or 50% payment first ?

 

I usually ask for half of the payment upfront for deals over 200 dollars. I'll put it in the contract that half payment is required upfront, and the other half due upon completion of the terms or service.
