how do you determine value of a parked domain?

    I've been tasked with finding the value of a bunch of domain names but they are just parked domains. How do you quantify value of just the domain name?

    Your help is appreciated.

    It depends on a few things - type in traffic - search engine traffic - click through rates on ads and also the possibility of higher traffic rates in the future. For example starcraft 2 is coming out soon - so if you own a parked domain related to that then it's price is going to be related to that rather than the traffic.

    It really depends on if you are going for type in/organic search traffic or selling on the basis of a brandable domain name.
