How do you deal with spam emails that look like real offers?

I am not talking about usual spam emails that go directly in junk email folder. Some times you get emails that look like genuine offers from real human beings in your inbox but are in fact spam and the funny thing is that this email was addressed to my email address. I am afraid I will get ten times more spam if I reply this email. Do you think it is spam?
