How do you customize this message in vBulletin 4.1.3?

    I want to add some more info in this text.
    
    you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
    
        Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
        If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
    
    
    Code (markup):
    It comes up when user tries to download an attachment and doesn't have permissions for it.

    In is initially in the vbulletin-language.xml (multiple occurrences) in the install folder. I believe the xml file is imported to vBulletin.. so just search the database in PHPmyAdmin for all instances, or (I think vBulletin has...) the language menu where you can edit phrases

    If you create a support ticket they'll tell you. It's just a language string though, open the file and edit it.
