How do you create admin section?

My biggest trouble with Drupal among many others is that I am unable to make a universal solid backend for editors etc. without spending a lot of time creating the same thing again and again. It is really time consuming and frustrating at the same time. How can I speed up the creating of admin? Thanks for your advice.

 

you can create a user grounp like Admin and then assign permission to this group.

 

You may want to create various admin views and export them as re-usable features. If you're frequently deploying websites you may then want to create a customised installation profile.
