How do you create a ToS and Privacy Policy for your business site

Hey guys,

I was just transferring a site from german in english and now I am struggling to find a good way to adopt the ToS and Privacy policy to english as a translation won'T be enough I guess.

If you have any expirience I will be happy if you share your knowledge and maybe there is even some kind of ToS generator.

 

have you seen the TOS generator allready ? perhaps you can use some or parts of the generated text

Thanks I already found this one but the ToS generateda are not ment for a site selling stuff but only for a normal website

i don't like TOS geneerators, just write it yourself - no magic.

 

I would advise you to contact a lawyer or notary for a proper TOS writing. You don't want any issues later

 

I would suggest you find a template of a simple TOS/Privacy and use it as a base to get yours going. Mod it a bit but use most.

 

thanks I guess this will be the best way but do you have any idea where to find a good basis?
