How do you clone a script or a site?

I was reading various responses to a post regarding the legality of cloning scripts, and would like to know how cloning is done.

 

if you know what script, you can look at google or forums.
if it is custom one (I think) you can't copy that. because that script have copyright.

 

The Internet is full of sites offering very good scripts that they allow you to download and use on your sites. Scripts are open source code so very easy to duplicate and manipulate.

I like and develop binary programs and tools-- however have developed quite a few Javascript and PHP tools.

you can just copy and paste scripts. but know this: if you don't have a written premission from the owner you are vaiolating copyrights.

 

You don't. It's like asking how do I copy Playstion 3 games on a Fileplanet forum.
