    I saw a few people listed my favorite, which is Yahoo’s Site Explorer. Being able to toggle between external and internal links is huge for me.

    Also, sometimes I use prchecker for confirmation.

    You can check the PR by visiting various PR sites, a search on Google will give some latest sites, or you could install the Google Toolbar and visit any site and it will show yo the PR
