I found several good sites to check page rank for a sites home page. But none of them seem to check page rank for a page within a site.

Example: I want to check the page rank of: www.Website.com/blog/gadgets/iphone-review.htm

Use the google toolbar. You could check the PR of any page with it.

I have put filters on the site to prevent abuse of the tool, you can check for one site once in 1 hour and not in 24 hours...

You can use this tool, and it will show the PR of many internal pages at one time.

As far as I know, there's only one easy way.. ie, Google Toolbar. Otherwise, you have to paste manually each link in the pagerank checker.

Install google toolbar and rest in peace. It always gives the correct value unlike third party tools. :)

The best and easiest way to do this is SEOQuake for Firefox, then just do a site: command in Google and you can see the PR for each URL.

Anytime I installed SEOQuake, I would get a lot of lag and eventually notices that Google and Yahoo weren't responding to the queries. Is there some kind of trick to using it without overburdening the SE servers and having my IP cut off from the data?

The more you have enabled the more requests you make every time you search. I only have PR and Yahoo backlinks running so it's only fetching one lot of data from Google and one lot from Yahoo.

This way it runs fast and i never get my IP blocked, then if you need more data when you are on the page just use SEOQuake from the right click menu and choose what you need to know like DMOZ, Alexa etc.
