How do you charge your adwords clients?

    I'm curious to find out how the other members of digitalpoint charge their clients?

    Hourly, setup and maintenance/management, by performance, etc.?

    Currently I charge my clients an hourly rate although previously I have charged a setup and maintenance/management fee.

    it depends, but you can try varying it up by the type of client and the scope of risk. what do you guys think is a fair hourly rate? 45/hour? setting a ppc pricing model seems tougher than pricing out seo, which can be tough too.
