    You can't! Unless you restart your router or use a proxy. But all ips are trackable if they have to be tracked.

    it depends if you are on cable or ADSL with a dynamic connection. the latter just reboot the pc. then you get a new ip#
    on cable you have to release the ip# through the run command line

    Your ISP could do it for you. e.g if you were SPAM black listed

    it really depends on your isp.
    here we just reboot our modem and puff we got new one :)
