How do you call a site that is created by the visitors?

    Hello!

    I would like to know how do you call in english a site that its content is constantly uptaded by the users (like wikipedia, expertvillage, www.instructables.com, even youtube)

    I would like to create a site for the spanish community But i don't even know where to learn as I don't know how it is called.
