My partners and I are about to release a new eBook on Clickbank and are going to start looking for affiliates pretty quickly. What advice do you have that will help us recruit good affiliates? Are there any particular tools or things we could do that will help you to successfully promote our product?
Offer a really good commission percentage, and make a great sales page that you keep refining and improving. There are so many products to choose from, so affiliates naturally only want to promote products where they think they will make the most cash. Once you have refined your sales page and sold a few copies yourself, you can show proof that your product does sell.
Agree with Jon, if you have a sales page that converts the affiliates will find it that is why split testing before launch is a good idea so you can hit the ground running.

With extreme difficulty You can post here, on the warrior forum and other IM forums.. but the ONLY good affiliates I have recruited have come from MY personal contact - personally emailing webmasters, niche site owners and bloggers in your niche, showing CONVERSION PROOF - if you contact people without conversion PROOF screenshots then they won't even reply to you. Provide proof, screenshots, and affiliate materials - do the work for them and you will slowly build your affiliate base. Good luck
