Blogger itself provides an option "posts(atom)" ... It will be at bottom of every post or entire blog...

For further info, you can check my below blogs...

The atom.xml extension in blogger is actually known as "Atom formatted XML site feed", but it can be used as sitemap for Google Webmasters Tool.

This feature is already built into blogger, there is no need to install anything.

Make a new post, an hour later go to google and type in the site: name of your blog command - and your most recent post should already be listed with google.

I have seen some of my post get indexed within minutes of posting it. One post I made, 18 minutes later it was listed in google. And it was not just that one post. Most of the time, within an hour of making the post its already listed in the google search results.
