How do you add a unique meta description to each post in Blogspot?

Hello,

Does anyone know how to add a unique meta description to every blog post in blogger/blogspot (Beta)?

(I don't mean the description in the main template html)

Right now my posts are being indexed, but in the SERPs, the description for every post is the same...

This should help you, but I'm not sure if you can do this unless you do off-site hosting.

But i thought google would make its own description in the serps based on my content. why would it take the of the home and apply it to every post?
