How do you activate XML-RPC posting in Wordpress?

    Hi there, I am trying to give Author rights to few freinds in my Wordpress blog.

    I was told by one guy to activate XML-RPC posting. I don't seem to find that option anywhere in my wordpress blog. Any advice on how to activate it?

    You don't need to activate it. It's already active :p If you need to give people author rights, simply edit their users and change their level to author.

    I've got a community website powered by elgg (elgg dot org). I want users to be able to register to that community site from a different website. I found a plugin that allows this. But installing the plugin requires knowledge of xml-rpc, which I don't have. Would anyone like to give it a try? PM me with your fee.
