How do we sperate sections for seperate topics in Blogger?

    I have a blog on blogger and i was looking for someone who can teach me how to add a sperate section for seperate topics .What i mean is that like we have seperate sections like Links,Contributors etc in the side bar then how can we add one of our own choice to be allowed for Posting on different topics.Looking for some help.
