You'd be having some companies offering some plugins that offer user tracking facilities. install any of these & you can see in their records about the visitors, from where they, real time visitors, bots, zones and a lot more in the control panel. All the best Ravi
Do a link:yoururl.tld to see who's linking to your site. If you find any undesirable links, contact the administrator and ask to have them removed. A pretty easy way to tell if you're getting hit with unnatural linking is if your site disappears from index.
If you don't have much time invested in the website, it may be better to start over. I used BMR for about 3 weeks on 2 of my websites. BMR will remove the links, but I can't help but wonder if this website will always be "marked" in Google's eyes. It's a tough call. And now there is so much talk about negative SEO. It worries me that I could rebuild my websites on new domains and then get tanked by a competitor with Scrapebox.
To know about unnatural backlink you can use webmaster tool at least once in a month and remove your unnatural link.
If your website is new, let's say 1 month old, and you got more than 1.000 websites linking back to your sites, those backlinks could be considered unnatural. Also if those backlinks come from websites that are not related to your content, the case is worst.
Go to any search engine and type, links:www.yourwebsite.com -- it will tell you where you have left a link for your website. Beaware that spam sites only help you out then you'll drop.
