I tried this to no avail before and even now! I want to copy paste some email message in Microsoft Word and format it in a good way but I failed to do. Pls try it and tell me if you can do it. Now that I know that I can do it line by line but is there no one click (or two) solution? HERE WE GO BELOW. Ok, so we are now onto the final 'change that made all the difference in our 3 part series... And this just may be the most important one. Before I get to it though... I told you NOT to become a MOBE Licensee in my last few emails until Monday (tomorrow). I'll tell you why in just a bit. Here's the 3rd small change that made all the difference: Leverage. Leveraging other peoples time... skills... efforts... money... This is actually what I'll be speaking on at the upcoming No Excuses Summit in Vegas. In my early years, from 2008 - 2010, my attitude was, "if you want something done right, you've gotta do it yourself." I insisted on doing everything myself. If I wanted a blog... I'd go buy a book on Wordpress, teach myself, and then do it on my own. If I wanted to create a logo... I'd try and figure out how to use Photoshop. These were all bad ideas in my case - because I'm not naturally technical. So I'd spend ages getting one thing done. That blog would take over 15 hours to do. In my mind, I was saving myself a couple hundred bucks, instead of going and hiring someone else... And yet, the cost of my time was enormous. The hours added up into days... weeks... then years. And things still weren't working. Through all of this, I forgot the number 1 activity any new start-up owner should be focussing on: sales. Without sales... nothing else matters in business -because everything else is ultimately dependent upon it. So for many years I was treading water. I was not swimming forwards. You need to be careful you're not doing the same thing. When I created the MOBE License Rights program in 2011, it was all about creating real leverage. Rather than it just being me promoting MOBE, I wanted to recruit an army of partners who'd also go and bring in new business. And, it was a win-win deal for both of us - more heavily weighed in the Licensee's favor, if anything. The Licensee's were getting 90% on the front end... and only had to focus on leads. I took care of EVERYTHING else... product creation, customer fulfilment, support, tech... the whole she-bang. I even built in leverage for the Licensee's as well. Anyone they referred to MOBE... they'd get 5% of that persons gross sales. 5% might not sound like much. But, it adds up real fast. Everytime one one of my MOBE Licensee's makes a 2k sale for example... not only do that put 1k in their pocket, but, another licensee also gets 100 bucks as well (their 5%). If you get a producer on your team, you'll get real used to those residuals. A little bit of trivia: the highest earning MOBE Licensee of all time, has the soon-to-be 2nd highest earning MOBE Licensee directly under him. That means he takes 5% of that persons gross sales... which is a lot. I suspect the biggest reason people become MOBE Licensee's, is to leverage my work (which I'm totally cool with, because really we're partners). - they don't want to invest hundreds of hours into creating over 35 different products - they don't want to have to mess around getting merchant accounts approved - they don't want to assemble their own phone team - they don't want to write hundreds of emails - they don't want to create dozens of automated webinars to sell the products... or dozens of video and written sales letters - they don't want to collect hundreds of testimonials to use as proof in their marketing - they'd rather just use the ones at mobecasestudies.com They don't want to do any of that stuff, which would take years to assemble (bare minimum). So they leave me to do all of that, and then they can just focus on getting leads. Again, it all comes down to leverage: doing more with less. Now lets move on to what everyone is wondering... I told you to wait till Monday, tomorrow, if you were thinking of becoming a MOBE Licensee. Why? Because if you decide to become a MOBE Licensee, and you do it in one upfront amount, I'm going to throw in a free ticket to my Super Charge Seminar, which you can read about here: This is the only event of it's kind, where all our top partners get together in a room, and teach the other partners how they get the results they do. Eg. at the last one we did, John Chow talked about how he's put over 130k in his pocket in the last 6 months from MOBE (and got himself the MOBE Merc too). Terry Lamb shared how he pulled down over 40k in his first 3 weeks as a Licensee... Junjun Li spoke about how in the last 6 months of him coming online (he was completely new before this) he also got the MOBE Merc, and, made himself over 20 k. (you can see some pictures of the checks these guys and gals got on the right side of the super charge page) The Super Charge Seminar is normally 297, but, you'll get it for free if you become a MOBE Licensee tomorrow for the upfront amount. All you have to do, is look out for my email tomorrow with the subject line: "Supercharge Me..." There'll be a special link in that email you can use. Till then, remember Lesson 3: Leverage. Below you'll find Part 1 and 2 as well...
