    You paste the url, format u want it, and enter ur email. They send it to really quick and u follow the link and download.

    What worked with me perfectly with all flv sites as youtube is realplayer11, it offer you to save the video wich you are watching, try to google it and give it a try

    If you have Firefox, get the DownloadHelper plugin. You can pull videos off most flash video sites.

    If you want to download other flv or streaming video content you can always use www.orbit.com. There GrabIt tool also catches flash, video, and audio/mp3.
