Hi all I have not logged in for a while, mainly because I have not been feeling too well. I have a lot of 'off' days. Does anyone out there have any positive suggestions for coping please? Cheers Ani
I would but its cold and windy today here in Derbyshire, been drinking tea with the central heating on!
Enjoy a coffee or tea while watching some dvds.. If I were you, I might spend my off days feeling relaxed and looking relaxed.
Thanks for the replies guys. Relax, exercise, contact with friends and family seem to be the main body of suggestions. I try and do all these things but its difficult, my family are scattered, I am pretty housebound so seeing friends is hard, I do as much exercise as I am capable of on any one given day (which varies). Pain is my biggest enemy, constant nagging unavoidable pain! I think the Dp forum may just be a life saver.......well at least in terms of sanity anyway!
just a few suggestions: 1. yoga and meditation... that might help 2. read a good book. 3. go out shopping - splurge on an item - works for me! lol 4. a detox bath to calm the nerves 5. talk to a friend, may be thru phone or webbie chat. 6. spa day, hehehe
