I am seriously considering putting up a couple of turnkey websites but I don't know if they are seo friendly and I don't know if they will do well in the engines even if I do all the "right" things. Are turnkeys easy to seo? I have no idea as I have never used a turnkey before. Thanks for helping. ...
Thanks for the reply, can you elaborate. What type of script should I be looking for? And what should I avoid? Thanks.
look for one that is highly praised and that you actually see near the top of search engines for it's (respective) niche.
Thanks for the tip. I am not really into scripts and don't know what to look for but I will start looking anyway. I guess I don't even know what a turnkey site "looks" like or how it differs from a normal site. I know that the turnkey is full automated and up and running but if I was looking at two different sites I would not know which is turnkey and which is not LOL. I am very green in this area and if anyone can point me to some good seo turnkey scripts I would be very appreciated. .....
Maybe you can use a turnkey youtube clone & make it a niche site, having only speicific types of videos. Now that would do well, with se friendly urls.
Ok, can I get these scripts free or low price? Thanks for the advice. I am sorry I don't understand? ..
Turnkey sites are good because its ready made. However, It's good to go and chang titles, alter a couple of things so its not exactly duplicated. I find that always helps.
One problem with some turnkey sites is that they use javascript to list their internal links (templatemonster for example). These are not advisable in terms of SEO. It is pretty hard for us to list down which are the ones that are SEO friendly but the concept remains unchanged. Implement descriptive title, Meta, headers. Use text links for internal linking. Pump in some original content and you will be fine. Good Luck
basic code of turnkey is only crap with full of errors, they dont run well as simple site only and even seo is also diff on them.
