How do this site setup their webcams output without installing a viewer

    Hi,

    The site I am talking about is: http://www.utv.hu/

    I know they build it in Java, but how can they set up the output and viewable even I don't have to install Java Runtime Environment on my machine while the other web sites have to?

    Very intrigued.
