how do this affiliate stuff work

    I have a few sites that i can sign up for affiliate marketing with but how does it work?

    do it go by how many people i get to go to there site?

    can i sell stuff on my site from there site and get the commission?

    any info is needed as I am thinking about making a site dedicated to this niche. thanks

    Well, it really depends on your site and your niche. You can earn when people sign up for a particular offer....per views (impressions) and per clicks. That is a very general question.

    There are tons of ways to earn money with affiliate marketing. The best way is to see how others are doing it. Learn, and try something of your own.

    Poke around the forums, Im sure you will find something.

    All of the above questions can be answer in threads all over this forum...search exists for a reason...Use it!

    The affiliate programs im with pay you for upgraded sales and then continue to pay you monthly for those same sales. This is called " Residual Income " once you sign someone up you will continue to get paid month after month.

    Then you can just sell something and the affiliate company will pay you a commission. These are just one off sales with no recurring payments.

    These are two options you have as an affiliate marketer. I prefer gaining residual income from my hard work but it's up to you how you want to go about it.

    In shor for ya dude... yes, you can sell their products and when a sale is made you get a commission... there are all forms of affiliate marketing though...some will pay you per impression or per lead or per sale... either way you get paid a percentage as a commission when the MDA (most desired action) is completed..

    but in the simplest of terms.. you signup, get your unique affiliate link and then when you send traffic through that affiliate link...if it results in a sale.. you make a commiss..

    Check around Google for some free resources, have a good read of the threads around, and try to find a beginners guide somewhere that will help you along..
