How do they achieve this effect?

I have seem some interesting effects and one in particular I am trying to figure out how to construct, but so far no luck. I have found this example at http://www.dealertemplate.ca/pricingandsubscription.php it is from a dealer web design company. The rotating 3D images at the bottom looked real nice. Any tips on how to do this? Thanks

It's called something along the lines of an image carousel. Theirs is done in Flash, most are, although you can probably find some in Silverlight.

Silverlight is Way better than flash , if u r a programmer , then try learnin silverlight wid expressions blend , u can excel in making animated banners etc

Yeah it's called a carousel, just Google for "flash carousel tutorial" if you want to do it yourself.
