How do the referrals work?

    Is it per click? Or do they have to click and then go further and buy the product?

    Also with blogspot, can we put up Referrals?

    Yes, you can put referrals in any site you own, including blogs.

    Referrals can be paid when something is sold, or when it's downloaded, or when someone signed up for some newsletter - all kinds of things. It depends on the deal.
