How do some webmasters make over 1 million $ a year?

Hi, I can see some big players make like over 1 million us$ a year, so I really want to know how they do it...? I know shoemoney is one of them....

 

FEW make millions, and most that do make that much; you've heard of them. Probably off site investments maybe.

 

How do you know shoemoney makes over one million a year?


In most cases, a webmaster who makes that kind of money does it with heavy advertising, and throw in word of mouth.

That's all there is to it.

 

I know he makes that much money because I went to his site and checked out the photos of all his adsense and affiliate paycheques. You can go there and see for yourself.

 

Most people in this league make their money with PPC or are established domainers with a great portfolio, rarely organic SEO.

Find a niche, build a landing page for an affiliate offer, buy clicks and make more from the affiliate comission than you have to pay for the clicks. Then reinvest and do it on a larger scale. The tricky part is competition, there are alot of people doing the same.

But if you believe it, more power to ya, I guess.

 

Very few make over a million a year and they probably spend a whole of money on advertising

 

"Make Money Online" blogs feed off of people like you my friend...they trick you into believing that they are earning good money and then make money from you as a result from advertising and hope that you spread the word to other webmasters...who also want to Make Money Online...the whole thing is a confidence trick

I know several big earners (sorry, not closely) and I know that their earning is real, so I can imagine what you are talking about.

After all I experienced in the course of the times that there are different methods to earn money on the net, and there are different peoples who make their living in different way.

In the beginning I fell prey to some swindlers despite my knowledge and I bought things what didn't work.

I saw the video what Isolvum inserted and just can say that the world is already only so mixed, everything appears in it. So you have to decide who you trust in these sceptical times.

Nevertheless I don't use this type of proofs since don't want to bragg.

Shoemoney easily clears the million threshold with all the projects he's involved in. I doubt shoemoney.com itself makes that much, but it does make a good amount.

 

There are very few webmasters who make a million. I imagine Darren from Problogger makes a fair wedge...

 

its all marketing and having heavy heavy advertisements running 24/7

creating a brand helps too but it takes time.

My opinion in this matter is that you need figure out something New, something Enormous or what ever that even means.

but i think you get it

only guy i know who makes +1 mil is mike filsaime, or at least he said they got over 13 mil this year.

I don't really doubt that since hes founder of paydotcom

so way to go to mil IMO is some new idea membership site maybe. I think you can do it with any kind of affiliate marketing too if you have time and resources to scale it up to that level

Maybe some kick ass MLM would do that too. Like ONLY 500$ wonder its not that hard to get 2k people in if thats unique and works somehow and you promise them fun and fortune ;D

Making a ton of money outside of ppc either requires dominating a very competetive niche, or having extremely high user retention.

Most of the garbage made for adsense web pages out there are not going to wind up making a million a year unless they have hundreds of thousands of pages.

The formula is basically - Create something of value that people like and want to use and want to link to that also has the ability to generate leads and or make sales. If you can do this, and it takes off, you will make huge bank.

 

if you launch a site, that takes off, meaning, you can get users via word of mouth or sme other course outside of paying for it, well then, you can be on your way to high profits

 

They are actually good at what they do, most webmasters will never even approach that level.

 

You need an idea to stick on to and them make it better, that idea will then take you forward and then make you money in short, and long term

 

It happens. Though it's rare. There are a lot of 6-figure earners but very few 7-figure ones.
