How do some people claim to know top paying keywords?

    I see a lot of sites like this. I don't really care which is the highest paying because I know what sites I want to build but I am curious as to how they know.

    these days like everybody knows top paying keywords but now noboday makes sites on them because its very difficult to get traffic on them and when you get traffic.. you see that you get only 3 to 10 cents per click only.. yes..thats true..

    They build software/scripts that queries the PPC networks for current bid prices of various keywords.
