How do sites like this work?

    I'm wondering how sites like this one work. It showed up on adsense on my website, which means it's using adwords. I'm pretty sure it's against the adsense TOS though, so if it is just some kind of index of sponsored sites, how do they get people to go to it? I don't see an "your ad here" type link anywhere.

    Anyone have any insight into how these things work?

    are you asking how they modify the adsense ads to make them look like that?
