pretty much you click on a paypal button and pay then you're redirected to a form to fill out about your link that you want and once you fill it out, your link appears. How is that done automatically?

If it is not fresh work, it is a good mod of some form of posting or directory script with the moderator approval feature turned off. You just don't get to the submit page until you have paid.

They have modded the hits ranking to be based on the $ paid.

I could be 100% wrong but that is my take on it. At any rate it is the best response you have had all day.
